Greece’s government has confirmed that it will treat yachts with VAT paid in the UK as EU VAT paid goods if the yachts were in Greece (or elsewhere in the EU27) on the 31 December 2020. EU VAT may be payable on UK yachts that arrive in the EU after this date.
