Following the UK's departure from the EU, increased border checks were introduced on chilled and frozen food exports to Sweden. Following UK Government engagement with Gothenberg Port Authorities and Swedish FSA, a new border control post was constructed to expedite the additional checks, and a ban on mixed consignments from the UK was lifted.
