The UK government has supported the British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) to negotiate a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with relevant counterparts in Italy. The MoU sets out streamlined testing procedures and agrees on the equivalence of safety tests for the BASI ski level 4 International Ski Teacher Diploma (ISTD) qualification.
