Market access secured for processed animal protein (PAP) exports to Indonesia

Following extensive UK government engagement, new market access has been secured in Indonesia for PAP exports for ruminant and non-ruminant animal products.
After a successful audit of UK PAP controls, export health certificates have been approved for UK exporters, enabling PAP exports to Indonesia.
Four UK businesses have been approved for export. The UK government is working closely with the Indonesian authorities to deliver further approvals for UK businesses currently awaiting registration.
